CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    •     1. If unfortunately you have to cancel/modify an order, please do so within 1-2 hours after placing an order, by mailing us all the details at semanya.official@gmail.com.
        2. If you cancel your order before your package/s has been handed over to the courier service providers, we shall refund you the entire amount. If the courier service providers have already made the booking against your order, or the order/s have already dispatched, no cancellations can be made.
         3. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities. No cancellations can be made owing to the delay in receiving orders.

  • EXCHANGE POLICY

    •      1. Incase of any exchange, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 24 hours of delivery along with the reason.
         2. The pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours of your exchange request and no products will be exchanged after the pickup time.
         3. No products will be exchanged after the mentioned time frame.

         5. We request you to go through size guide thoroughly before confirming your order. For any assistance regarding the size guide you can write to us      at semanya.official@gmail.com
         6. In the case of exchange the product should be in unworn condition with all tags should be intact. We have the right to not accept products incase they are used or damaged by the customer.
         7. Exchange will totally depend on the availability of products, therefore we request you to please check the availablity of your desired before requesting an exchange.
         8. Customized products cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
         9. Products under special offers cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

  • RETURN POLICY

    •      All the products that we make go through an intense quality check process only after which we list them and make them available to you. Incase of any irregularities you can write it down to us at semanya.official@gmail.com, we'll be more than happy to give a you solution regarding the same.

  • REFUND POLICY

    •      We refund only incase of cancellations, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
